To bake a cauliflower crust pizza, the required ingredients are:

Crust: 1 chopped medium-sized cauliflower, 1 egg, 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, ½ tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp dried basil, ¼ tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. 

Toppings: ½ cup homemade diabetes-friendly pizza sauce, 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, ½ cup sliced mushrooms, ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes, ½ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil leaves. 

Instructions to follow:

Preheat the oven with parchment paper (425°F or 220°C). 

Pulse the cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice, microwave (5-8 minutes), and squeeze out extra moisture using a clean towel. 

Combine and mix well the cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Bake the mixture to prepare the crust for 15 minutes or till it turns golden and crispy.

1 whole wheat pizza crust, ½ cup homemade pizza sauce for diabetics, 1 cup mixed bell peppers (sliced), ½ cup thinly sliced red onion, ½ cup broccoli florets, ¼ cup sliced olives, ½ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, and 1 tsp dried oregano. 

Instructions to follow:
